The workshop, which will be held at 12KBW, Temple EC4Y 7EL, focuses on strategies to reach prospects who want to buy what you’re selling.

Participants will leave having made a marketing plan for their practice which they can start to implement immediately using methods which work with clients of The Bar. Participants will learn how to raise their profile, demonstrate credibility and make themselves visible to clients who will want to instruct them over and over again.

Welcome to Black Antelope Coaching. My name is Simao Paxi-Cato and I’m the Director of Coaching and a business and executive coach.

I would describe my coaching style as a blend of the meditative and directive styles. My particular coaching interests are around leadership and confidence/motivation.

In terms of my background, I have certifications in personal (life), business and youth coaching; mediation and I’ve also trained in NLP. I have more than 7 years experience of owning and managing a number of businesses, ranging from single person entities to SMEs with a turnover of in excess of £1m. As a result, I’m personally well aware of the very real challenges that business owners and executives face in developing teams and finding solutions to business challenges.
