The essence of coaching is to use the wisdom of the coach to bring to consciousness the wisdom that those being coached hold within themselves

Coaching is a collaborative process in which clients discover answers for themselves through the use of questions

Executive Coaching is focused on developing the leadership skills of individual executives, managers, supervisors and other decision-makers in order to establish themselves as successful people managers at work.
Enterprise Coaching is focused on team building and collaborative working.
There is an ever-increasing need in modern business for managers and organizations to use their people to develop more options and possibilities, instead of relying on a single thinker, problem-solver or creator to drive the organisation forward.
Personal Coaching is focused on challenges and/or anxieties across a potentially wide range of aspects of a person’s life which an individual has identified is causing interference with their goals and enabling that individual to come up with their own options and possibilities.
In every business, there comes a point or level where no matter how competent you are, you’re simply far too busy to do everything which you’ve identified needs to be done to achieve better performance at work. It’s at this point that leadership skills are invaluable. Leadership involves taking a step back from the operational details and focusing on the strategic and human elements to deliver the better performance or come up with alternative achievable ideas.
Innovation has become the buzzword in business, but it doesn’t always mean that you have to completely reinvent the wheel to ensure continuing success for your business. There are many companies and entities out there providing similar if not identical, products and services. So what is the difference that makes the difference? Well, competitive advantage for a business comes from having people (teams, departments, a workforce) with ideas, skills, responsibility, and initiative. Successful performance in the market will be as a result of the business’ learning capacity and its ability to rapidly transform that learning into action.
Additionally, increasingly many employees and workers are looking to work for businesses where the owners and managers adopt a cooperative rather than a directive approach: people perform better and are more committed when they take responsibility and ownership for their actions.

We would, however, recommend that where possible, the initial coaching session(s) take(s) place in person.
